Sharon D. Williams is an associate at Holt Law Firm, L.L.C. in New Orleans, LA. Ms. Williams has experience in divorce, spousal support, child support, child custody, adoption, interdiction/guardianship, successions, trusts, probate, wills, estate planning and real estate closings. Ms. Williams is passionate about the practice of law and fully committed to achieving the client’s objective. She is a dedicated attorney who offers compassionate service and personal attention to help clients through difficult periods in their lives.

Ms. Williams believes that excellent legal representation should be affordable to all and dedicates a significant segment of her time serving clients with modest means. After earning her undergraduate degree from Xavier University in New Orleans, Ms. Williams moved to Baton Rouge, LA to obtain her law degree from Southern University Law Center. Following law school, Ms. Williams founded her own practice where she gained extraordinary experience and success representing family law, succession and estate planning clients. She has learned the art of painstakingly preparing cases for court, resolving conflicts through non-litigation solutions where necessary, and advising clients on preserving their rights and interests. Ms. Williams belongs to the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society and National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Louisiana and the U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Middle Louisiana.

Ms. Williams is active in her community and volunteers as a tutor for adult literacy programs. She serves clients in New Orleans and throughout the southeastern parishes of the state.
